The team behind this initiative consists of experienced members who have been working in the education sector for over twenty years. Their goal is to improve the quality of education in community schools across Nepal, beginning with the eastern region. Over the years, they have successfully designed and implemented educational programs in more than 100 community schools, with a strong focus on integrating information technology into classroom learning.

The team has provided direct support to several schools, including Luitel High School in Gorkha, as well as institutions in Rolpa and Kaski districts. Their support includes the installation of digital learning infrastructure, provision of learning materials, and technical training for school staff.

In addition to school-level interventions, the team regularly organizes professional development programs for teachers. These training sessions are aimed at improving pedagogical skills, introducing digital tools, and fostering modern teaching practices. They also run online classes for students, which help bridge learning gaps, especially in remote areas where access to quality instruction is limited.

The overall mission of the team is to contribute to long-term educational reform in Nepal. By combining experience with innovation, they aim to uplift community schools and create a more effective, inclusive, and modern learning environment for students across the country.
